Q: What if I move to an area that does not have Sail coverage, will I receive a refund for the days remaining?

A: The Annual Prepaid Plan is non-refundable. If you may be moving to an area that does not have Sail coverage, this might not be the best plan for you. By reducing administrative processing costs, we are able to pass the savings to you.

Q: What is the deadline for taking advantage of the discounted pricing?

A: We will honor the special $550 per year pricing through March 31, 2019.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?

A: Sail’s monthly plan may be paid with a credit card but we do require a check or ACH payment for the annual plan.
