Sail Internet primarily delivers high-speed internet over the “last mile” a distance larger companies deem unworthy of crossing. While we do not rely on any one technology or method, a future Relay Hub Home may enjoy a direct fiber connection.
We qualify Relay Hub Homes in several ways. Typically, we look for the following criteria:
- A high enough location that clears other buildings, terrain, and vegetation.
- Clear visibility to 1000+ other homes in your neighborhood from somewhere on your property
- Other engineering criteria may apply, such as the availability of a signal source.

Homeowners who host equipment on their property to help expand the Sail network are called Sail Hub Homes. In return, they receive FREE internet service along with priority tech support. In addition, Relay Hub Homes receive faster speeds than your neighbors. There are no installation costs or fees for homeowners.
The ACP discount is available to eligible new and existing customers. Once your application is approved you can call Sail’s customer service line to apply the discount to your existing account.
Yes. Whether you are a new or existing customer, you will need to contact Sail customer service to either select your service plan and/or provide proof of your ACP eligibility.
