Sail will provide up to $200 in Sail residential service credit to offset your termination fee with your current internet service provider. 

How to claim your Early Termination credit:

To activate the program, please forward a digital copy of your final statement showing your name, matching address, and the termination fee from your previous provider to sailsupport@sailinternet.com.

What happens next:

Once the documentation is received, Sail will credit your Sail account with an amount totaling your fees up to $200. Please allow up to 30 days to process your request. You will see a credit on your next invoice that follows.
