Residential Referral Program Terms and Conditions
- Reward amount: The referring party will earn $55 per qualified referral.
- Annual cap: Total referral rewards are capped at $550 per referring party per calendar year.
- Referrals submitted after the annual cap has been reached will not be eligible for a reward until the following calendar year.
- Reward form: The reward will be issued as a Sail service credit. Referring parties who are not current Sail customers will receive their reward as an Amazon gift card.
- Reward issuance: The reward will be applied to the referring party’s account after the referred customer’s service has been installed and their first bill has been paid in full.
- Referred customer incentive: The referred customer will receive $55 off their first Sail bill.
- Eligibility: The referring party may not refer themselves or any household member with whom they share account credentials. Self-referrals will be disqualified.
- How to qualify: Referrals must be submitted through the referring party’s unique personal program link. Referrals made by word of mouth, without use of the program link, do not qualify for a reward.
- Sail Internet reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Residential Referral Program at any time. Existing earned rewards will be honored.
